Indigenous Custom Wall Tapestry
For an exhibition at Museum of Surrey
Custom Print | Large Wall Hangings | Textile Printing | Wall Art | Fabric Print
We have completed a job at an exhibition showcasing Indigenous knowledge, and connecting the dots with science facts to address the "big" earthquake. Below are two artworks designed by two different indigenous artists. We helped to turn these beautiful artworks into two large wall hangings to display at the exhibition.
These wall hangings were printed on polyester-based fabric using digital dye-sublimation technology and finished with pockets top, and bottom hangs with wooden dowels.
Don’t Spill The Duck Grease (2018) by Haida artist Kwiaahwah Jones
Earthquake Foot (1977), by Hesquiaht artist A-nii-sa-put (Tim Pual)
